Signs of spring in Albany NY

Hi, cross-posting from my individual blog!

Yesterday I finally had a minute to check the garden, and discovered that the mini-daffodils are finally up!





The piece of hardware cloth is to keep the bunnies from nibbling the tulips down to nothing.

There are little tips of green on the currant bush now, too:



The tomato starts are looking happy. I just have to hope I didn't get them going too early.



I love catching the rhubarb right when it first starts to pop out of the ground.



No signs of the cellophane bees just yet.

The daffodils and crocuses came out and were beautiful but with this weird weather we had a few cold days and most of the crocuses wilted and died. On the warmer days I did see a bee.
