garden planning apps?

Hi all! Does anyone have a favorite garden-planning app or program? Which ones do you like or dislike, and why? What features do you find most helpful?

Or of course I could just draw things on graph paper. But I'm willing to try the high-tech route.

I probably won't use a program. I signed up for a free trial with one of them, but it only has about half the plants I want so that's not terribly helpful. It's not going to be a complicated garden, so I'll just use paper and pencil
