Got a new camera recently and it's a bit of a drizzly day so...

A few more behind the cut.

Am gardening on a Welsh mountainside terrace with a sea view, which I'm guessing means a lot of salt in the air (it certainly means a lot of wind). Gardening is a bit hit and miss up here. The fuschia died down in the winter snow and I wasn't sure it would come back. Fruit seems to struggle, herbs are doing well, roses intermittently do better than expected but the lupin keeps falling over! Marigolds will grow wild anywhere, no matter how many times you pull them up.

Next year, I'll probably be paying more attention to the "attracts slugs" warnings because I don't want to put pellets down.

You have fuchsia! I love fuchsia! I would say that I am jealous, but then I remembered that now I have a garden and I can grow fuchsia too if I want to :)

I love fuschia too! When I was little, my grandma pointed out that they look like little ballerinas, and I can't unsee it even as an adult. :D

All your flowers are so lovely and bright! ^__^

My garden was full of snails and they kept eating my seedlings, so I had to put down poison this year. I used Sluggo (don't know if you have it in the UK) which seems to be less poisonous than a lot of other brands. Still got rid of the snails, though!

Sluggo says it's safe for use around cats and wildlife. The active ingredient is iron phosphate, so if you can't find the same brand, maybe you can look for one that uses the same ingredients?

Lovely and fresh, very nice! I've had mixed results with fuschia, I don't think I'm wintering them properly, yours looks beautiful.
