Since it was in the mid 70s, I went outside to do some front garden work. I made a new friend, when I spotted this little guy scrambling across the dirt where I'd just pulled a weed out from under him (whoops). He's only about 1/2" in size.

So I coaxed him onto my hand, where he tried to scramble across to empty air and we played swap the hands until I got him to the Borage. After going inside to get my camera, I realised that the Borage already had a resident, in the form of a spider about half his size. So we played swap the hands and jump to the ground again, until I got him to the spider plant.
Then I tried getting photos of him. He apparently decided he didn't think the spider plant made for a good backdrop, as he climbed to the very end of a leaf and kept reaching for my camera. Yes, seriously.
I moved the camera close enough for him to climb on, whereupon he scrambled to the far side trying to get closer to me, I guess he was trying to figure out if I was a giant praying mantis or something. Then he scrambled across to my left hand and proceeded to try to run up my arm- he made it to my sleeve. Yeah, sorry, little guy, I'm not an insect jungle gym.

I managed to coax him onto the leaf lettuce, which he decided was perfect for photo taking backdrops and proceeded to find the PERFECT leaf to pose on Heh.
Now of course, he's vanished again. So I assume he's found the perfect hiding and hunting space and is merely watching me from it.
It's nice to know there's still praying mantis in my garden though.}:)
