garden planning apps?

Hi all! Does anyone have a favorite garden-planning app or program? Which ones do you like or dislike, and why? What features do you find most helpful?

Or of course I could just draw things on graph paper. But I'm willing to try the high-tech route.

I've had fun playing around with Gardener's Supply Kitchen Garden Planner. Granted, it's heavily biased in favor of buying their products, but it still has its uses.

I think that's the one I tried... they seem to have plenty of fruits and veg, but not much in the way or herbs or the ground-cover plants I want.
