Thanks! In all those in the running, I've lived before in one(DC metro) and lived in similar climes(High mountain Utah for Denver, here on the Florida panhandle for Atlanta) so I know the basics of the areas. Depends how much leeway I'll get with the garden. My brother and his wife are big on the sort of Gardening that requires little maintenance....even though they always get a service to take care of it;>....
