Pretty much all Wildlife can be a "pain" at times. Here, the squirrels eat a number of bulbs and shoots, not to mention all the Oak seedlings I end up pulling out;>! Our courtyards are fenced in so big critters can't come in but you'd be amazed what can squeeze under(or over) the fence or gate. Possums and Raccoons can do a bit of "redecorating as well, though the latter usually by accident going after our resident frogs, toads and lizards. I know there's deer resistant plants(they just don't like the taste of) but most of those are what I call Home Depot plants; Boring and Generic adding very little truthfully to your yard...
